You don’t play your starters to the 4th quarter on an irrelevant game.  You lose a 24-0 lead in a Wildcard game.  You go for way too many 4th down conversions…. With the talented roster they should make a deep run in the playoffs.

Yeeeeeeessssssss! The Chargers only fire coaches when they go 14-2 and are really experienced. So having a young, inexperienced, inexpensive coach, who makes mistakes, is perfect for this organization.
